Order
Which size should I order?
If you're not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
(Except Russia, Ukraine, India, China).
Please understand that different shipping costs will be charged depending on the destination area. Further information and costs will be displayed in the check-out process.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship exclusively via CO2-neutral delivery by the Austrian Post.
We use FedEx services for international express shipping. All shipments are insured.
When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped from our Austrian warehouse are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation on weekdays. Delivery within Austria typically takes 2 business days via the postal service. Standard international shipments take between 5 and 10 business days for delivery.
International express shipments are delivered within 2 days.
Please note that we have no control over delays caused by the delivery service.
Do I have to pay taxes or duties?
For all shipments within the EU, all taxes and customs duties have already been paid.
For international destinations and Switzerland, additional customs duties or taxes may be levied by the authorities. These are payable by the buyer. We cannot assume or reimburse any costs in this regard. Please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
How does a return work?
Returns are welcome up to 14 days after receiving our delivery.
Please always contact our customer service with your inquiry before returning an item. Our team will get back to you promptly and provide you with information about the return process.
Please note that we do not offer free returns.
Please note that jewelry must be new and unworn, including original packaging and tags. Jewelry that is damaged, soiled, or has been demonstrably worn cannot be returned or refunded.

What materials is FJF jewelry made from?
We use only recycled gold and silver.
Our jewelry is rhodium-plated or gold-plated to a high standard and exclusively finished by hand with sustainable cubic zirconia or genuine freshwater pearls.
Are there discount codes?
You will receive a €5 welcome discount when you subscribe to our newsletter.
We always strive to offer our high-quality jewelry at fair prices.
