Which size should I order?

Regardless of whether you need the right ring size or necklace length – we will be happy to advise you personally! Call us or write to us. See contact

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel a confirmed order. However, until the order is confirmed, you can contact us and we will try to cancel the order in a timely manner. Please understand that we cannot guarantee this possibility.

Of course, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
(Except Russia, Ukraine, India, China).

Please understand that different shipping costs will be charged depending on the destination area. Further information and costs will be displayed in the check-out process.

How will my order be shipped?

We only ship with CO2-neutral delivery from Austrian Post.

For international express shipping we use FedEx Services. All shipments are insured.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping from the warehouse in Austria takes place on weekdays within 24 hours of order confirmation. The post office regularly needs 2 working days for delivery in Austria. Standard foreign shipments require between 5-10. working days for delivery.

International express shipments are delivered within 2 days.

Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by delivery staff.

Do I have to pay taxes or duties?

For all shipments within the EU, all taxes and customs duties have already been paid.

For international destinations and Switzerland, additional customs duties or taxes may be levied by the authorities. These are to be paid by the buyer. We cannot cover or refund any costs in this regard. Please contact the local customs office before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

How does a return work?

Returns are possible up to 14 days after receipt of our delivery.

Please always contact our customer service with your request before returning. Our team will contact you immediately and support you with information about the returns process.

Please note that we do not offer free returns.

Please note that the jewelry must be new and unworn, as well as including the original packaging and labels. Jewelry that is damaged, soiled, or has been proven to have been worn cannot be returned or refunded.

What materials is FJF jewelry made from?

We only use recycled gold and silver.
Our pieces of jewelry are high-quality rhodium-plated or gold-plated and exclusively hand-finished with sustainable zirconia or real freshwater pearls.

Are there discount codes?

We do not currently offer any discount codes or discount programs.
We always strive to offer our high-quality jewelry at fair prices.
