Contract conclusion: By submitting an online order (i.e., by selecting the product, completing the requested data, and confirming the order via the online form provided on the FJF website), by placing an order via email, fax, or post, or by placing an order by telephone, the customer makes a binding offer, which must first be accepted by FJF. A contract for goods is concluded upon actual delivery of the ordered goods. The contract can be concluded in German or English. You can correct any input errors by telephone or email before submitting your contractual declaration.
