Shipment:

Shipping from the warehouse in Austria takes place on working days within 24 hours of order confirmation. The post office usually needs 2 working days for delivery in Austria. Standard shipments from abroad need between 5-10 working days for delivery.

International express shipments are delivered within 2 days.

Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by the delivery companies.

Returns:

Returns are possible up to 14 days after receipt of our delivery.

Please always contact our customer service with your request before returning an item. Our team will get back to you immediately and provide you with information on the return process.

Please note that we do not offer free returns.

Please note that the jewelry must be new and unworn, and include the original packaging and tags. Jewelry that is damaged, soiled or has been proven to have been worn cannot be returned or refunded.
