Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Austria within 24 hours of order confirmation on working days.
Austrian Post usually takes 2 working days to deliver within Austria. International standard shipments take between 5 and 10 working days to arrive.

International express shipments are delivered within 2 days.

Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by the carrier.

Returns

Returns are possible up to 30 days after receiving your delivery.

Please always contact our customer service team with your request before sending anything back. Our team will get back to you promptly and help you with information about the return process.

Please note that we do not offer free return shipping.

Our returns policy requires that items being returned are new and unworn, and include their original packaging and labels. Items that are damaged, soiled or have evidently been worn cannot be returned or refunded.
